The product

PlanB SPC Store Manager is a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce stores by PlanB SPC (الخطة الأفضل ش.ش.و), commercial registration 1356671, Sultanate of Oman. It runs on your site and opens the store manager app on your phone from your site's own address.

The license

• Each license key is for one site: the domain, plus the site's folder when it lives in a subfolder. The key is bound to the site on first activation and does not work on any other site.
• Reinstalling on the same site is allowed at any time.
• If you move your store to a new domain, we unbind the key at your request so it works on the new site and stops on the old one.
• The plugin checks the license with our server once a day. Losing contact with the server does not stop it while the last certificate is valid (30 days).
• You may not resell, publish or modify the plugin to get around the license.

Payment and delivery

• The price is in Omani rials as shown on the page at the time of payment, paid once, with no subscription and no renewal.
• You pay by debit or credit card through Thawani. The payment page is Thawani's, and your card details never reach us.
• Your license key and download link appear as soon as Thawani confirms the payment, and are emailed to you.

Updates

Updates arrive on the WordPress Updates screen while the license is active. Every package is digitally signed and installs only when its signature matches.

If the license stops

The phone app and its notifications stop until the license is active again. Your store data is not affected: orders, their statuses, tracking numbers and saved discounts keep working.

Refunds

• Any amount charged by mistake or twice is refunded in full.
• If the plugin does not work on your site, contact us on WhatsApp +968 7111 1711 and we refund you. After a refund the key is stopped.
• The money returns to the same card through Thawani, in the time the issuing bank takes.
