Your store data stays with you

Orders, products, customers and images stay on your site. The app on your phone talks to your site directly, and none of it passes through our servers.

What the plugin sends to manager.planb.om

• On activation, once a day and when looking for an update: the license key, the site address, and the WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and plugin versions.
• We keep the IP address, time and result of each request, to know which site a key belongs to and to spot attempts to use it elsewhere. These records are deleted after 180 days.

When you buy

• We keep your name, email, phone and store address if you give it, to send your key and to help you when needed. Card details go straight to Thawani and never reach us.
• The details of an order that was never paid are deleted after 30 days.
• Your license key is stored encrypted, and is shown only to you on your order page and to our admin when helping you.

Notifications

Order notifications go from your site to your phone through your browser's push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft), end-to-end encrypted, and never pass through our servers.
